'Fashion is an extension of me, my mood and emotions so when I pick out my dresses for piano recitals and concerts it represents the ebb and flow of the piece. The pleats, folds, layering, stitching and color choice are extravagant, classy yet with punch and sensuality. The dress was made on the spot whilst doing the photoshoot for the front cover of my most recent album. The designer (Andrzej Pytel) brought down 40 metres of silk and started wrapping, folding, stitching, rouching and bunching with effects from where the wind blew until it became what it was.'

'I have always been fascinated by the Italian way of style. The clean cut lines, the fitted suits and the ability the Italian men have to elevate an outfit by combining the simplest fabrics and textures. When I started traveling more often to the US I fell in love with the preppy American look and the elegance and comfort it represented. I guess I am trying on my everyday life to mix and match both styles. It could be called " US preppy with an Italian twist ".'

'I'm from a single parent household. I was always taught that in life things are not given to you as a young man of color you have to work hard for the things you want and cherish them; even more once obtained. With those words ingrained in my head I have become the first in my family to attend college and graduate with a MBA in business. I have a 9-5 job making excellent money but I also run my own Photography business & nightlife marketing website on the side as well.
My inspirations in life are my family, I want nothing but the best for them and with anything I'm doing in life if I can provide a better situation for them with my attributes then I am going to make sure that is done no matter what. I also look up to my mentors and coaches who took the hard headed kid that nobody wanted to work with as a child and turned him into a respectable man and for that I am forever grateful. I now give back to those same children in my community by volunteering in the church and mentoring young adults, participating in the Boy Scouts Of America and urging young children to participate in a lot of activities that they may not be able to come across at the local Boys & Girls Club. I am also an Active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity , Inc.
My statement " Fresh" is a way of life, to me it means in fashion your attire dictates the way you will be treated. With a "Fresh" look weather suited up or casual attire, own your look, always hold your head high, give off positive energy and greatness and this is what you will receive in return.'
