My Wardrobe Is Not Too Flamboyant, It's Classy

'My style began when I opened the men's style bible, GQ magazine. To be a man of color with a different style than the norm which is 'Jordan's and hats' means something to me. To grab hold of someone's attention with a slim fit suit or a designer shoe is something most people can't do and I enjoy doing it. My wardrobe is not too flamboyant, it's classy.'

Nothing Less Nothing More

'I'd describe my style as pretty basic and regular but with a little extra touch. Nothing less nothing more. I get a lot of inspiration from people like Shaka Maidoh and Pharrell Williams. Even though I may not dress the way they do I get inspired by seeing their style.

I like to mix a lot of clothing that maybe don't always mix and I try to look regular but still different compared to people here in Sweden. I always try to think outside the box. Details and accessories are often a thing I focus on because it could make a whole outfit look ten times better.'

There Is Something Called Patience, I Had To Work On That

Daily Fashion Illustration 88. Wednesday, January 1. 2014

'I just love everything about menswear. From the time it takes to build your wardrobe or the journey in finding your perfect fit. The journey to find the perfect fit is pretty challenging. For me I know it was because I can appreciate different fits and attitudes when it comes to menswear. Also their is something called patience, I had to work on that. Once I thought about my size, functionality and proportion my journey became much easier. Although I have my desired "fit" I still fall in love with the drape fabrics. From the flow of lines of a nicely fitting sportcoat or slight break of a man's trousers.'
